I'm a current tenant so my review is of my experience so far, but I've had a positive relationship with the team at Martin & Co. After I moved in they sorted out a couple of issues with power companies on my behalf. And when I had a problem with an electrical appliance (faulty fridge) they sent someone over to inspect it, and replaced it with a nice new one soon afterwards.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with Martin and Co Maidstone. From the very beginning Michelle has always gone above and beyond and kept a great line of communication with us throughout. Anything that has needed sorting out has been dealt with promptly and professionally. Martin and Co genuinely care for their tenants and it’s great to know that we have that support and care throughout our tenancy with them. Thanks Michelle and all at Martin & Co Maidstone.

Martin & co have been very helpful with both me and my brother, i love the apartment we have and not had any issues. I have lived in idenden house for nearly 3 years now and could not be happier. We were with the agency for three years and we had a great experience of service and support in every possible way either by personal contact or via phone, Amanda and Michelle were there for us with their smile and quick response. Then we had to move house cause our needs grew bigger and unfortunately even if they tried, we couldn't find a house suitable to our needs given the short time we had to move. Regarding to the high standards of services that that we used to have with Martin & co, we didn't stay more than a year and then we found a house with Michelle's help. We can't be more satisfied as we are treated as human beings and not just a cash flow.

Just over a year ago, I helped my 85yr old mum sell her home and move into a lovely ground floor apartment. It needed a little attention and Martins made all the arrangements to prepare the apartment before she moved in.
