I feel cheated even giving them a star. I would take heed of any of the supposed 5 star reviews as there is no chance any of these are genuine reviews. Awful letting agents, don’t have a clue in what they’re saying and seem to chance everything and charge a premium too. Regardless of how good the property they’re offering seems I’d avoid like the plague.

Absolutely rubbish letting agency. They’re unable to deliver what they promise and they have such an appalling costumer service that they will not take any responsibility nor compensate you for any mistakes they make. Really unprofessional and poorly managed staff who, after endless attempts to ring them and numerous messages left, will simply not get back to us. We had our property let by them and at the end of the tenancy agreement they authorised the release of the tenants’ deposit without chasing after the refund for the damage made to our property, nor did they check with us whether we were in agreement with it at any point. As landlords, we feel very much let down by Martin and Co and would not recommend them.

Told me a move in date but it never happened. Constantly chasing them why this was the case but no straight answer. Waited over 2 months for the property to be ready but never happened. Terrible customer service as they never answer the phones. Canceled the agreement and then has trouble getting my deposit money bk and my cheque kept bouncing. Hate this letting agent. Do not use!!!

Terrible letting agents. Was told to email them about my circumstances to rent a potential property, which would be forwarded onto the landlord. I had to call them 3 days later to find out the response which was the landlord did not want to go ahead with the letting. Which is fair enough but I shouldn't have to call the company to find this information out!

Do not use this company. Do so at own risk.

Despicable company. Spoke to a foreign member of staff on the phone TODAY who is utterly incompetent, rude and frankly, stupid. AVOID AVOID AVOID
