Henderson Connellan, (Market Harborough branch), recently sold my father's bungalow. Everything went smoothly and I feel that it is because all the agents knew the latest situation regarding the property, rather than have just one named person dealing with it.. Any queries I emailed or phoned them about, staff were instantly listening and, if they said that they would come back to you, they DID! That is rare for people to do that these days! Would definitely recommend this Estate Agency..

Excellent agent

Henderson Connellan have been a very nice agency to work with. I have had dealings with Market Harborough, Corby and Kettering and each time the agents I have dealt with have been great. Holly Smith in Market Harborough was the agent I saw most of. She is very professional but at the same time very friendly and genuinely interested in finding out about us and what our needs were. She worked hard to try to find us a property though in the end we found through another agent. The other agents were Lee in Corby and Sam in Kettering - both really friendly and seemingly genuinely interested. Overall I couldn't recommend the agency highly enough.

Outstanding service, from beginning to completion.

I asked for a valuation on my property by 3 estate agents. Tom Cheshire came to value my property. I had no doubt when I met Tom and heard his highly professional approach to marketing my house, who I should use. Tom produced four draft brochures before the final one was approved. It was outstanding. My house went on the market on the Tuesday, by the Following Saturday an offer of the full asking price had been made and which I accepted. Excellent Service

The service we received from Henderson Connellan (particularly Danielle and Abby) throughout the purchase of our new home in Market Harborough has been exceptional. They would always try and squeeze in viewings for us, whether it was short notice or causing them to work out of hours. They worked tirelessly back and forth between us, the vendor and both solicitors in order to get everything sorted in order to exchange. Nothing was ever too much to ask of them. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy a home in the area.

From initial valuation visit by David Hulett, through sales by Holly and follow up with solicitors and buyers, Henderson Connellan were very efficient and engaging. They had their eye on the ball at all times and were always easy to contact. They also kept me informed at all stages without ever being intrusive. Great experience and a relatively quick sale.
