First class service from valuation to sale

Henderson Connellan provided an excellent friendly service from the initial professional valuation of our property to the sale. The staff were easy to deal with - a special mention for Holly Smith in sales and Abby Bully who progressed our sale through to completion.

Fantastic service by Abby

Abby was fantastic in helping us complete our property purchase. She was transparent at all times and ensured we understood how the process worked as first time buyers. She always ensured we were comfortable with each stage of the process and was committed to accommodating our situation. Abby is very much recommended!

First class service and consideration from start to finish.

Henderson Connellan Market Harborough office staff have been a pleasure to work with. Their rates are competitive, the valuation was spot on and they were consistently courteous, friendly and professional. I was kept informed at all stages of the process. Holly did everything she could to facilitate access to my tenanted house and overcame obstacles without complaint. As a team they make a strong and competitive estate agency in the area they cover. Deserving of the 5 star rating.

Professional and friendly service

We purchased our property through Henderson Connellan, and dealt with Holly Smith throughout. From our initial phone call to arrange a viewing, Holly was friendly and efficient and worked hard to secure a viewing for us. She dealt with our offer promptly and then throughout the process, kept us up to date, dealing with questions and queries that we had. We exchanged contracts today, and it was Holly who chased the solicitors to ensure that it happened as agreed. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Holly and Henderson Connellan.

professional, dedicated and friendly; these guys know their business

In terms of both sales and progression Henderson Connellan worked hard to keep the transaction running smoothly. Calls and emails were swiflty answered, especially by the sales progression team, and everyone did their best to accomodate our requirements.

Professional and efficient

Henderson Connellan were very effective in both selling our house and in helping us to find a new property. That was a little while ago, and we have been revalued by them. This process was again highly professional but also interested, polite, and friendly. We would recommend them unreservedly.

Top service - highly recommend

All the staff at HC were friendly, approachable, professional and went the extra mile to sell our home quickly, efficiently and for a price we were happy with. All dealings with HC were excellent - especially the extra help they offered dealing with solicitors / our buyer when we were completing. I would (and have) highly recommend HC and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you. It was a pleasure to sell our home through you. I would also highly recommend HC from a buyers point of view - they are definitely the best agency in Market Harborough - always follow up on viewings etc.

Very impressed

Compared to my experience with another agent, HC totally met my expectations, I thought they showed a good balance of professionalism and urgency to get things done with a respectful and personal approach. We did not buy through them, but there was never any doubt that we would use them when it came to selling out home.

Professional and Efficient

All the team at Henderson Connellan Market Harborough provided an excellent service throughout the sale process of my property; from the initial valuation through to the completion of my property. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism and efficiency from all the staff. I was provided with an extremely quick turn-around from the valuation to market stage and was given a quality, professional sale brochure for my house. It was pleasing to receive prompt feedback from the team regarding the viewings that had taken place at my property and was exstatic to receive an offer so quickly. I put this down to the commitment and enthusiasm of the whole team and the high quality and innovative marketing methods/products that Henderson Connellan use. I would particularly like to thank David, Holly, Tom and Abby for their continued communication and support throughout the process.
