Not your typical estate agents...

Having dealt with a number of estate agents over the years I must say it was very refreshing to meet the team at Henderson Connellan. They are personable, knowledgable and not in any way pushy. Having used them for the sale of our property I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. I will definitely be using their services for any future properties I wish to sell.

Efficient, effective and personal

The service provided by Henderson Connellan has been excellent throughout. The whole team has worked extremely hard arranging numerous viewings, dealing with offers and acting as negotiators when things were not going smoothly. Communication between the team and with us has been outstanding. Tom, Dan, Holly and Abby have always been efficient and professional, as you would expect, but in addition they are very personable and have demonstrated great sensitivity, given that my Mother is elderly and had lived in the property for over 50 years, for which I am truly grateful..We would thoroughly recommend Henderson Connellan as being efficient and effective. Thank you!

Property purchase!

I have to say how thoroughly impressed I was with Holly smith at Henderson Connellon when purchasing our house! The purchase had proved to be difficult from the start but holly never gave up. She was always in contact with me and even went out of her way, out of her working hours to chase people and keep me up to date on the situation! If it wasn't for holly we would never have gone through with buying our new home as the stress just would have been too much!! Abby was also absolutely brilliant, and so helpful helping us through the rest of the process once the sale had been agreed!! Based on the outstanding service received from these two lovely ladies I would certainly recommend hendersons to anyone looking to sell/buy!

Exceeded my expectations

I used the Market Harborough branch of Henderson Connellan to sell my late father's house. They certainly lived up to and exceeded my expectations. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and efficient. keeping me regularly informed of any developments without my needing to chase them. When the exchange of contracts was taking a bit longer than expected they were on top of it straight away, contacting solicitors and other agents in the chain to push the sale through, again without me even needing to ask. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

A calming, reassuring, and informative presence throughout the process.

It was a huge relief to me that Abby took control of pushing my purchase through and chased continuously for updates and news from the concerned parties. I can honestly say that she could not have been more helpful. I had particularly difficult to deal with conveyancers and to have someone on my side to assist and intervene when needed was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this office and if I was to ever put myself through the nightmare of moving ever again then these are the agents and office I would use.

Great for First Time Buyers

Henderson Connellan managed our first home purchase. They were professional from the start and responded to our queries as quickly as possible. I always got the impression that information was communicated well internally as different team members were always able to help. As first time buyers we didn't know what to expect, but Abbey and the team at Henderson Connellan helped to make the process as smooth as possible.

Excellent and prompt service.

The service I received from Henderson Conellan with regard to the viewing and subsequent purchase of a residential property has been exceptional. My wife and I dealt primarily with the Sales Manager, Tom Cheshire. Tom was professional, well informed and prompt in all dealings we had with him. Most of all, we appreciated the transparency and honesty of his communications with us regarding price and negotiation. The office staff have also been fantastic and helpful whenever I've contacted them. I would have total faith in dealing with Henderson Conellan again and they will be my first agents of choice when the time comes for us to sell a property. Highly recommended.
