Highly Recommended Estate Agents

I have dealt with three estate agents in 2015 whilst trying to sell our family home and Henderson Connellan were the best by far. I felt like they cared about selling our home and the communication, which is sadly lacking with other agents, was excellent. They acted with professionalism and integrity with a certain issue, which we cannot always say about companies in this business. Once our house was sold the help with communicating with solicitors and buyers was performed to a superb level, and assisted with overcoming obstacles (like solicitors!). I do not recommend things easily but I will recommended Henderson Connellan to anyone thinking of selling their property.

In a sellers and rising market in Market Harborough we registered with a handful of local agents conscious of a high demand for properties in the area. Holly Smith at HC took an active interest in our requirements and sourced a number of potential properties for us. After finding a suitable property both our buyer and then our vendor pulled out over just three days. Undeterred and with us having found another buyer quickly Holly set about finding us another property and acting swiftly found us four more to view. Knowing the market conditions and the lack of availability we were able to offer on our chosen property and are now very happy in our new home.
