Excellent service received from Tom Cheshire at Henderson Connellan. We had been looking for a house to buy in Market Harborough for months and Tom kept in regular contract with us to update us on any new properties coming on the market. We were then able to buy a house within the first day of it coming onto the market. Tom also went above and beyond duty to help us find good local tradesman. Tom was excellent at his job, would recommend them as Tom made the buying process very easy. When we come to sell we will be using Henderson Connellan

Outstanding Service

The staff at the Market Harborough branch we're always exceptionally professional in their dealings with the sale of my mothers house from the first visit by David, the group meeting to view the house and then quickly using their data base to find a buyer. I would also highly recommend Holly who always kept me in the 'loop' with regular updates by phone and e-mails as to what was happening. All in all a superb service.

Market appraisal, pictures, copy and timing.... Henderson Connellan delivered on all fronts including taking care of all viewings. They worked really hard throughout our sale and kept us informed at all stages. If there was a "Strictly" for estate agents it would be 4 tens from us.

I contacted this agent as I wished for them to handle the sale of my flat. From picking up the phone to arrange a valuation all the staff were keen, friendly and offered me an appointment within a few days, The agent who attended was very attentive, keen and gave me a very good valuation. From when the property went on the market it was handled in an excellent and professional manner by Holly Smith, Holly was outstanding, very knowledgeable and worked extremely hard to sell the property. We knew HC were good as we had used them previously, but this time they exceeded their own high standards. From the initial telephone enquiry Holly sounded genuinely keen to come and appraise the property and promptly arranged for David to do so, he gave an honest and realistic valuation and talked us through the process without the hard sell. They even hand delivered some property details later that evening. We didn’t speak to any other agents as we were confident HC were the right team for the job. On instruction the following week Holly came round to prepare the details and again was really enthusiastic about the house, I was impressed as I knew this would filter through to potential buyers. Relocating to an unfamiliar area was made much easier with Holly from HC, her knowledge of the area and support helped us make the decision on the home we are now in.
