Great service from Benton’s yet again, in the sale of a family members property, who were extremely professional, courteous and helpful at every stage , from viewings through to completion. Richard Harrison’s expertise, oversight and leadership of the marketing and sale was insightful, valuable and very much appreciated. It is why he has personally become my estate agent of choice through several sales, over a few decades! I feel he & Bentons staff put the word 'professional' back into the estate agency profession. I think most people assume it's the actual sale that is the part where estate agents provide value, but in fact that is only the beginning. The sage 'hand holding', steering, navigating and professional, consistent dialogue with all the steps and parties in the conveyancing process, including the regular liaison with the solicitors involved, through to actual keys being handed over on the day of completion, is the more hidden, yet undoubtedly equally valuable and indispensable, component of Benton's service. It is where Benton's staff, with their professional, but human and considered interpersonal skills and wisdom, add so much value, and reduce the inevitable stresses involved with such an important life event as selling and buying homes. I have had some pretty poor experiences with other providers and decided to move to the Bentons lettings team, having had a great experience buying our house through the company. I can not fault the customer experience I have had with them and it is a "breath of fresh air" knowing I can totally trust the team to manage my rental property. I have had a variety of issues from various tenants to a significant flood but nothing has been too much trouble for the team. They are totally professional, prompt to respond and know their legislation and take care to look after not only the landlord but the tenants equally. I honestly can not recommend the lettings team more highly.
