You can't choose your seller's estate agent when buying a house, but luckily Goodfellows were great, Gemma B in particular. She was a big help during the offer stage and kept things moving, and us up to date, until we moved in. Thanks Gemma!

I had excellent service from each member of the Goodfellows team that I dealt with . Each member of Tony’s team was friendly, professional and efficient. Shame all estate do not follow this example

It was our first time renting a property but the staff at Goodfellows make the process very smooth for us. Especially Barbara and Sharmila who were very patient and professional, they helped us a lot and answered any questions we had. We are very grateful for all the help from Goodfellows.

My boyfriend and I purchased a property listed by Goodfellows Estate Agents. Lucy Putnam-Smith was helpful from the beginning and always quick to respond. We offered an unusual amount on the house that was accepted but had to be rounded up by 20p for the computer system to allow it to be inputted, we had totally forgotten about this by the time we had exchanged however Lucy had not and returned our 20p at the same time which was a lovely gesture. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions regarding terminology and processes but Lucy was always happy to answer us, often being more helpful and clear than our solicitor.
