Rebecca an agent who is a truly professional.
Rebecca accompanied two visits to a property. Her professional approach was evident from the beginning. She was well informed, and allowed us to see the property without too much intrusion. She was warm and encouraging. I have seen many houses but Rebecca was head and shoulders above other agents I have dealt with.

An efficient and friendly service in the heart of Mumbles.
We would like to thank staff at Dawsons Mumbles for their services during our recent purchase of a home in the locality. We were dealt with in a fair, dignified, professional and transparent manner throughout all stages of the process - from first viewing, to price negotiations and onwards to final completion of sale. We were kept informed of our position at all times and any issues were attended to immediately. The process was completed speedily yet without pressure and we were able to work at a pace that met our individual needs. We were treated with respect and courtesy at all times. Many thanks to Elin for kindly accompanying our many numerous viewings, April for helpful assistance throughout and Samantha Singh for leading matters generally. Highly recommended.

Have just sold, and bought a property through dawsons in mumbles. All the staff were so helpful and kept us updated and informed right throughout the whole process. Our main dealings were with Sam and April and any queries or concerns we had were dealt with efficiently and quickly. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Ver professional and friendly service.
