Proficient and Professional!

It was a big decision to make when we decided to give up letting out our lovely holiday cottage to holiday visitors as we have had the same visitors return year after year enjoying the tranquility of 'Hoarstone' and the beautiful Gower surroundings however, holiday letting had become very hard work for us and we felt we needed a change of direction. An outstanding estate agency - I contacted the company explaining what type of property I was looking for. Within a few weeks I had a phone call from April Parry - Walters informing me that they had taken on a property that fitted my needs. I was able to view and make an offer before the property for sale sign had gone up. Even the after sales experience went the 'extra mile'' - a minor problem was dealt with and rectified with the minimum of fuss.
