Letting agents for residential properties

We've been using Dawsons for letting 3 houses since 2013 and would rate their service as excellent. We were new to the letting business and Dawsons' practical help and professional expertise have been invaluable in simplifying what can otherwise be a complex exercise.

Quick sale

Dawsons, mumbles, showed great professionalism during the initial valuation visit. Subsequently, I was very impressed with the high quality photographs taken. The property was advertised in the showroom and on the internet very quickly and as a result, it as under offer within two weeks. Very impressive My thanks to a professional and courteous staff.

Excellent sold two houses both in one week.

we all know how stressful moving house can be and we were selling my daughters house and ours at the same time. The staff at Dawson's mumbles were always there to answer even the most trivial concerns and most importantly they always got back to you. All the staff did that extra mile for you.

Positive experience overall. Difficult property to sell but Dawsons offered regular advice to improve the situation and offer the best chances of sale. Good local knowledge too.
