I have recently sold my house with Dawson's in Mumbles. The assistance that I have had from the staff in the Mumbles office, to find a new home, has been great. They have kept me informed about new properties, that were coming onto the market and have shown a genuine interest in my need to find a new home. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and I am only sorry that I eventually found a property with another agent. Having booked a set stop when I returned I still had to wait 30 mins

When you leave the rental property cleaner than when you moved in and they still withhold over £100 of your deposit for moderate cleaning. Scam!
