Brilliant family agent with benefit of extensive large local branch network
Brilliant family agent with benefit of extensive large local branch network. We have been extremely impressed with Martyn Gerrard since appointing them to market our properties at http://www.Pinnacle-n10.co.uk earlier this year. The staff are conscientious, knowledgeable and personable too. Their marketing and website is second to none and they make the best use of their extensive local branch network and up to date technology to ensure no potential opportunities are missed. There is none of the pushy talk often associated with agents but the enthusiastic team just get on with the job diligently.

A friendly and professional service
We bought our house through Martin Gerard and Jake was very good at ensuring that we were kept-up-to-date with developments up and down the chain. Jake is very friendly and easy to deal with and we would recommend him to others.

Friendly and Professional
Our agent was extremely warm, helpful and professional throughout the process of viewing, placing an offer and securing our rented house. Our viewing was relaxed and unhurried, and without any evasive answers to questions we had about the property. The agent seemed connected with the landlord's expectations of the rental as well as understanding of ours. She was patient and helpful with all our subsequent questions, and understanding of the fact that, as four of us were looking for a house-share, there were occasional delays while we consulted each other about offers, rent, etc. In general, a very pleasant experience.

Sarah Evans helped me to look for a new property in the Muswell Hill area over a few months. The quality for which I commend her most was that she really listened to what I was saying and understood what it was that I was looking for - a rare talent. She didn't waste time in sending me to places which were obviously not for me, but she identified three flats which suited me down to the ground and I am now on the verge of completing the purchase of one of these. She was always cheerful and helpful, as well as patient when I needed time to think when I was viewing various properties. I wish her well in her career.
