Very Professional and Helpful!

Ultra professional with realistic 'human' approach
Friendly and approachable from initial meeting. 'Sorted out' random inappropriate property emails and no more received! Truly heard my list of requirements - not just vaguely listened! Extremely knowledgeable about properties and replied ;promptly with answers to questions - if not already known - didn't give info unless sure! Prompt response to all interactions once decided to progress - including accurately relaying specific requests to landlord. Excellent customer service i.e. remembered facts, provided actual detail (not made up), positive communicator, on time for meetings etc. Given my experience with other agents, it was a pleasure to be liaising with Martina during this process, which resulted in a satisfied tenant (and landlord!).

Rental of flat
Daniel and Andy were always attentive and excellent throughout the whole period I was looking for tenants to let my flat. Once the tenants were found the process was managed professional and very quickly which was brilliant. Highly recommend Martin Gerrard and will be using them again.

Sale of property in Muswell Hill Road
I recently sold a property through Martyn Gerrard, I chose the agency because they give realistic valuations, provide timely feedback and are a real pleasure to deal with. I felt that the agent acted honourably and with good dedication all the way through the process. Their fee was reasonable and well earned. This is the second time I have sold a property with Martyn Gerrard and I would have no hesitation using them again in the future.

Everything was Perfect!
