Really good experience of buying with Jake at Martyn Getrard
So far we've had a really good experience of buying a house with Jake at Maryn Gerrard. He's been really flexible and accommodating about showing us the property and always very friendly and pleasant to deal with. When the sale got a bit difficult Marytyn Gerrard tried really hard to make things work. As a buyer I'd be really happy to recommend Martyn Gerrard!

Impressed with service given
I was looked after by Jake Strubel. He worked very hard at trying to find me my ideal property. Unfortunately this didn't happen but it wasn't for the want of trying. I think I was shown around 15 properties at least and he was always patient and personable and seemed wise beyond his years. I'm very pleased to have now found my ideal property, it's just a pity it wasn't Jake who found it after all his hard work.

Brilliant service from a committed agent!
Martina has been a great help with the whole process of finding and negotiating the rent for us! Not an easy one, since we had not been in the country for that long, she has still managed to get us the best deal possible in record time! I'll definitely go back to her next time I think about moving houses.

Great service, thank you Jake
Jake has been a pleasure to work with. We felt he quickly understood the kind of house we were looking for and was proactive about suggesting places that might meet our criteria. He is professional, friendly, great at keeping in touch and patient during many viewings with our young children! This time it didn't work out to buy with MG but I would certainly recommend Jake to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

Professional and Positive

Understanding and professionalism
MG Muswell Hill especially Rowland and Jake have been exceptionally professional and understanding to deal with. They have listened to our unique circumstances and have tailored their service to suits our needs. They have been communicative and resonsive throughout updating us on viewings and feedback. Rowland has been particularly honest and informative with his considered and experienced opinion whilst listening to our concerns, guiding us through the process. I would highly recommend MG given the quality of the service level we have received.

Efficient, professional and honest service
I found the agent to be incredibly professional even though the purchase was a little challenging at times, and did everything possible to help push through the sale quickly and efficiently. Most of all I appreciated the honesty and integrity of the service, treating both the seller and buyer with equal fairness. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will use them in the future as a seller or landlord.

WOW! We thought OMG was just a marketing slogan...
With only a few days to find a home to move to from the USA, my husband and I knew the task would be daunting. Then, we met Martina. She listened to what we really wanted in a home and then found us the perfect home, which we had not even noticed online, making everything so easy for us. Her work on our behalf helped to lower the stress levels of a trans-Atlantic move.. Martina is an agent we would highly recommend as she makes the MG marketing message ("OMG, that was easy") come to life in unexpectedly delightful ways.
