Warm, friendly and went the extra mile
Martina was so helpful when we were searching for a new property to rent, providing us with a number of different options. She worked closely with us and gave us an early heads-up when our dream property became available, facilitating us looking around at the earliest possible time and helping us through to completion. She and Andy also helped organise a meeting for us with the Landlord, which was a lovely personal touch that enabled us to connect face to face prior to signing. Martina is warm, friendly, good fun to do business with and we would fully recommend!

Very professional and always helpful

Excellent Lettings Agent
Martina found for us the perfect flat in North London. Shortly after she registered us, she called back saying she managedid to find 3 property we could see immediately. We told her we needed to move asap, so within a couple of ours she showed us the available properties, she proposed our offer to the landlord who she got agreed immediately. Long story short she was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. THANKS MARTINA!

Experienced agents
Excellent local agent, particularly Andy Christophi, for finding good tenants and taking you through the renting process. A listening and helpful agency with experienced staff. Different to other agents, Martyn Gerrard's include rent insurance in the first year for peace of mind, and dont charge admin fees.

In the best of hands
I've had Andy help find my tenants and manage them along with the property for several years now and I can't see how it could have been done any better. Very quick to action and respond. Somehow finds me the best/cleansest and most considerate tennants within days. Very honest, even about things which most estate agents would hold back to close the sale and I feel he has always pushed to get me the best possible rates. His calm/friendly/considerate manner must help attract the right kind of tenants and draw them in for the sale and will always personnaly go the extra mile to make sure both sides are happy. Can't fault him in any way and will continue to bring any business I have directly to him. Highly recommended.

Highly professional and extremely good
I have had the pleasure of working with Martyn Gerrard and specifically Andy Christophi on tenancies for my properties and have been consistently delighted by his professionalism, attention to detail and courtesy. He is also a very good judge of character and always succeeds in finding me the best of tenants who take excellent care of my properties. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andy - he is thoroughly reliable, very hard working, 100% thorough and also extremely pleasant to deal with.

Dan at MG Muswell Hill - Great Service and a Pleasure to Deal With
We bought our house in Muswell Hill through Dan at Martyn Gerrard. He was helpful throughout the process, keeping us up to date with progress, but without being intrusive. Great experience all round. Dan was also more than happy to take us round to the house several times after we had exchanged when the owners weren't available - above and beyond whats required!
