Hard-Working and Knowledgeable

I was delighted with the service I received from Martyn Gerrard's Muswell Hill branch. Dan and Heran put a great deal of effort into making sure that potential buyers were aware of my property, even before it launched on the internet. They both got to know the flat well, and spoke with authority about what it had to offer during viewings. Their knowledge of the local market is impressive, and I always felt I was in good hands when they advised me about marketing my property effectively. I was particularly pleased by the way in which Dan continued to follow the sales process once I had accepted an offer. Rather than moving his attention to other matters, he made it his business to know how the sale was progressing and kept in regular touch with me throughout.

Responsive and quick

Robert was very responsive and organised a viewing the next day after first contacting him. He replied to all emails and made sure to fillow up by phone as well. He was nice to deal with, ensuring both our needs as tenants and the landlord needs were met. Two weeks from first email to signing the lease is rather impressive. Thanks Robert!

What a breath of fresh air - Andy has tenaciously searched for new tenants and always works with pace and professionalism and immediately confirms with email when requested.
