Attentive and supportive throughout
Dan was really helpful and communicated frequently throughout the selling process. This was especially appreciated in what was a difficult and uncertain market. Even when a buyer dropped out of the chain this was handled expertly and we got back on track very quickly.

Impressed
Speed of transaction was critical to me. The MG team not only delivered but accelerated where possible as well. 7 weeks from first viewing to completion is proof that not everything about house buying needs to be painful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Rarely have I been able to say that a persons ‘ personal approach to professional lettings ‘ ability to match tenants with properties and with landlords has been so accurate. Like having a friend as your agent
Chris was honest, open and super communicative. He kept me informed all the way through the process and via text which was really convenient for me while I was at work. He was friendly and open and it really felt like he wanted the best for me. When we got the flat I didn't know who was more excited him or me! I would definitely recommend him

Fairy godfather and keeper of my sanity!
Quite simply, without Chris, my boyfriend and I would actually be homeless. He went absolutely above and beyond in helping us secure our first home together. We had daily contact with him (even out of hours), he helped keep us calm when we were panicked, and ultimately worked incredibly hard to get us to where we are now. I am so grateful to Chris for all his hard work, compassion and understanding, and cannot recommend him enough to others who are searching for properties in N2 and N10.
