Helpful, positive and tenacious agent who aims to resolve matters
Dan has been at the helm of an extended and complicated sales process, involving a long chain. He has stayed positive throughout, tackling difficult matters, providing regular updates and keeping communication well oiled between parties. His approachable and friendly manner is paired with clear competence and experience, and his tenacity is truly inspiring. Can only recommend him.

Excellent Stress Free Service
Andy has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He has returned calls and emails promptly and made renting stress free. I have now found a rental house I'm really happy with. I sold my house and now renting through Martyn Gerrard and will always recommend them.

Andy has been great at making the process of letting our property fuss free finding us four reliable tenants. He in turn for the second time has found us a property to rent in the same efficient easy going manner. We will certainly use his services again in the future..

Andy has just rented our beautuiful new flat at the Pinnacle. I told him about my perfect tenant and he foundthe kind of tenants we were looking for. Andy always listned to and respected what i was looking for. and with a new and beautiful apartment it was so important to me to find the right people to enjoy it. I thouroughly enjoyed the whole process of working with Andy, popping in and out of the office to catch up and get feedback and to ask for favours. Friendly, diligent and super helpful !

Highly recommended
Andy's team at Martyn Gerrard found us a brilliant tenant within a week, who was able to move in on the exact day we wanted. Andy came and took photos of the flat within hours of my instructing him and the property was live the next day. I can't recommend MG Muswell Hill highly enough for letting a property. The tenant was also impressed with them.

Client centred, professional service - simply fantastic

Really helpful, professional estate agency
We had a really good experience buying a house through Martyn Gerrard. We found Jake to be exceptionally professional, responsive and easy to deal with all the way through the process, including during difficult negotiations over the price. Thai was very different from our previous experience of buying - I'd be happy to recommend buying through Jake and Martyn Gerrard to anyone.
