They all familiarized themselves with my home so that viewings could be conducted by any member of the team. Always provided updates on the rest of the chain. Excelent! Reluctant about other estate agents as they tried to push and sell as much as possible. However, Luke stood out from the beginning and was professional but also gave us time to look around and was honest and genuine. As we were buying our first property this was important for us. Parkers are a very professional, proactive and responsive Newbury estate agent who did a great job selling our flat. They had a small dedicated highly experienced team working on the sale & sales progression, which made the process much smoother. Communication was very good and we could always get hold of someone senior dealing with our sale when needed. This was in stark contrast to another local agent who we'd used previously, who had more junior staff, who were hard to reach and a lot of unnecessary duplication of contact with staff in their head office. Luke the manager was really good to deal with. He had a good feel for the local market and found a buyer very quickly and effective negotiating the sale price. Their rates were very competitive and their marketing approach leading edge, with launch videos, great 360 degree tours and professional photos. Simon the Director handling Sales Progression was also valuable, especially when our buyers' solicitor was really very slow, he kept chivvy them along. I would highly recommend using them.
