I was absolutely chuffed when I met Ken (Newbury/Thatcham branch) as he is exactly how I wish all EAs were: polite, friendly, respectful (both to me and the tenant in the house I was viewing), honest and personable. Absolutely no hard selling or pushy tactics and simply just wants to help buyers and I assume sellers (im not one so can’t say from experience) exchange the right property for them. We completed on our house purchase with Parkers just before Christmas, and from the very start the team were fantastic. They had great availability for viewings and we were able to see the property quickly with Luke who was really friendly and knowledgeable. From our offer being accepted to exchange took just 5 weeks, Simon and Luke were great throughout the whole process and kept us well informed of progress from their end. Both were on hand to answer any questions we had, and quickly followed up with our seller when required. On completion day everything went super smoothly, we were able to collect our keys early and the team even dropped off a card and bottle of bubbles to welcome us to our new home! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Parkers, and if we were to sell in Newbury we’d definitely use them in future!

House buying is a nightmare in the UK - we all know that. However, the people you meet along the way can make it better or worse - all the staff at Parkers definitely made it better and I wasnt even their client - simply the buyer. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I know who will be selling my new house when that time comes.
