I have found all the agents that I have dealt with at Parkers to be efficient and friendly from the initial viewing to the handing over of keys. Constant updates were given which enabled me to give instructions and those updates to my solicitor. Simon, Luke and Melissa dealt with me, each on several occasions. The card and bubbles at key handover was a nice touch.

When my sister died of cancer at 55 last year, I was unfamiliar with the Newbury market, having moved to Cheltenham in 2006. I contacted 3 local agents.
