Super kind, helpful, chatty, went above and beyond to help us over every step of the way. Lots of texts and phone call updates to keep us in the loop. We were getting super stressed and worries with our mortgage offer but Luke was constantly texting and reassuring us everything was okay and keeping us calm which alone meant the world to us. We also had a little hiccup with a viewing time but Ken, also went above and beyond and came out straight away for us for the viewing. Stayed way past his finish time, again, meant the world to us and this just goes to show the amazing people at Parkers estate agent Newbury.
