Excellent
Wendy and the team could not have done more to help us throughout our buying process. They always kept us up to date as soon as they heard anything and they were really quick to find out any questions and queries we had for the seller. Our buying process took around 10 weeks to complete and we were provided with weekly updates and the team always made every effort for us to attend the proper for extra viewings to measure up for planned works. Thanks again Northwood.

Superb
From start to finish these guys have been nothing less than superb. Personally I find moving home quite a stressful experience with all sorts of bumps and turns on the way! From the get go the team we're attentive and informative with everything I needed. Can't really ask for much more but I feel they really did go the extra distance when taking us through the process making sure we fully understood everything in terms of the agreement, but also making sure this was comfortable for us. Every new home you will find will have teething problems or bits and bobs that need sorting. We first moved into our new home with northwoods a few months ago and the response has been amazing. There were a few things in the property that needed sorting and by no means a small or quick job. After speaking to the team they sorted things in a matter of days with no hassle required whatsoever. If your looking for a team that's upfront, responds quickly, is honest and looks to care for there tenants then I would highly recommend this agent. Quick Freindly Trustworthy

Cannot thank the staff of northwoods enough for their excellent service and professionalism, we sold my mum's house but did nt live nearby they dealt with everything and kept us up to date with every detail Victoria valued our property and had done excellent research to show us when she came round ,we can highly recommend them and thankyou Victoria and northwoods for everything sue and john gibson

Renting in burnhopfield
We cannot thank both Julia and Wendy enough. Julia was fantastic at the views and made us both feel really at ease and had excellent local knowledge, a pleasure to deal with. She helped us through our application at the office very progressional while remaining personable. Wendy was professional and friendly throughout the check in process going through all the details and made things really easy. Would highly recommend.

friendly and efficient team !
