Patient and helpful handling of flat with Lease issues

I've felt with a few agents over the years and Northwood have definitely been the best experience I've had. I brought a flat with an issue within the lease that needed changing legally. Wendy (Northwood agent) was very positive and encouraging at all times which was crucial in keeping the sale going. She was honest and impartial and I really felt she went above and beyond her job to make sure a good result was achieved. Thank you Wendy!

The staff at Northwood (West Road, Newcastle), were so supportive and helpful during the purchase of our property. When I started looking for my first home I was told it would be one of the most enjoyable experience I would have which led me to believe it would be fairly straight forward... This turned out to not be the case for me and quite possibly may have been one of the most long and stressful processes I have ever been through, However I cannot fault Wendy throughout the process, for reasons way beyond her control the purchase of my first home took ALOT longer than expected but true to her word Wendy was constantly keeping me 'in the loop' with what was happening with my purchase.
