Compassionate, reliable and quirky!

Mansons have been a wonderful agency for me and my husband for so many reasons. Having decided to up sticks three years ago and move abroad, we were very nervous about many things! Including leaving our beloved home in the hands of someone else to take care of. However Mansons have been so efficient yet warm throughout all the ups and downs of letting our property. It felt like we had left our home in the care of friends rather than estate agents. Everyone we've dealt with has had a great sense of humour - I think this must be part of the selection criteria to join the team - and we have always enjoyed our conversations with them, whether face to face, by email or on the phone. Put simply, they are lovely people working for an outstanding estate agency. I can't recommend them enough.

Superb Service

As well as the basics you would expect from a letting agent - vetting tenants, arranging payments, prompt attention to repairs, the team at Mansons, particularly Debbie Smith, supported us and tenants through very difficult issues with neighbours. As we are absent landlords in NZ, this was very stressful and without the extra concern, professionalism and good communication from Mansons, we'd have been at a loss. There was genuine concern to support us, even after the point when we stopped the let, in order to assist us resolve the issues. We can't recommend this company highly enough, it was superb service.

Best estate agent I've had the pleasure to work with

I don't post reviews very often, but when I do it´s because it´s well deserved, It´s been a pleasure dealing with the friendly staff at Mansons throughout the time me and my family have been renting in Northumberland. Problems are quickly addressed and the staff go out of their way to help and keep their clients happy. Kayley and the rest of the staff deserve a praise. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mansons for people looking to rent in the area.

The whole team is fast, friendly and efficient. I moved to Newcastle from Ireland for work and they were flexible and cooperative. Had to fly over for viewings and they even went the extra mile and gave me a lift into the city centre after one as I was running late for my train. They even opened the office early for me when I went to collect my keys as I have a very tight schedule. Thanks Gav and Elena for getting the paperwork sorted, getting the move in date moved back and getting me my keys really quickly and effortlessly. I would recommend these guys to anyone. What a great team!

Awesome!!

We have just received our keys today for the property. Elena and Mansons have been an amazing help getting everything sorted to the lead up to the moving date. They have answered any and all questions we've had and kept in regular contact to make sure everything was going smoothly. I cannot fault the service or Elena's great customer service!!

The best agency I even had to deal with

All I can do just recommend you this agency. During our 3 year tenancy we had to face lot's of problems with our house, but every time all the members of staff at Manson's been really helpful and supportive and our problems been sorted in a very professional manner.. Very helpful and lovely to work with.

As a previous tenant I've worked with other estate agents before and had a fairl bad experience so was pretty unsure about how this time round would go but I couldn't of wished for a better service. The consistent contact from Gav and updates has been a godsend of reassuring me everything was being handle correctly. Everything was dealt with and finalised writhing brilliant time and I'm now happily moved into my property after only a short period of time sorting everything out.
