My first experience of private tenancy so I was a bit worried. I had to contact kayley a few times throughout the tenancy. She was quick to respond, she persuaded the landlord to make some enhancements and if she couldn't help she would tell me why.

Elena was excellent in providing us a professional and efficient service, even with the hurdle of one tennant not currently being in the UK the whole process was swift and her communication with us was excellent throughout.

Excellent service

As a landlord they take the hassle out of letting a property. They make decisions on the smaller issues and then discuss the larger issues with you whilst providing you with great advice too.

Excellent Letting Agents

We have sadly just left a Mansons tenancy, though the reason was nothing to do with Mansons. As a letting agent, Mansons are arguably the best we have dealt with in nearly 20 years of living as tenants in a number of towns and cities in the UK and US. The Mansons staff are all very professional in their dealings, especially in the crucial area of maintenance where Cyndi excels at prompt and effective customer service. I enjoyed my time with Mansons and if I look for another property in the Tyneside area they will be my first port of call. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
