In the 8 months I have been a tenant with Mansons, I have found them to be very efficient and reliable.
This is the second time I have used Mansons, and on each occasion they have been great. Both times they have been very flexible with viewings and not wasted my time with properties I wouldnt want to live in. Mansons also manage both of the properties I have lived in and have always been very professional when problems have arisen. I would definitely recommend them.

I had left a good review quite a while ago but having just seen it I feel I must put it straight. I only left it as mansons gave amazon vouchers to their staff to have family and friends leave 5 star reviews! Probably still do it to this day. I can pick out at least 8 on here that are friends of current or past staff. Have a nice day.
Sept '21; Unfortunately the excellent service as described previously (and i am sure is still evident) has been overshadowed by the very disappointing 'check-out' experience. There is an awful lot one can say about this, but in short, be aware that when you end your agreement and check out, ensure you look into every single element of the property clean or you will be charged a disproportionate amount to rectify. Unfortunately, in the pandemic world we were unable to revisit after our cleaner visited and as such there was overlooked dust in the crease of a sofa, dust under a bed and on top of a cupboard, but what a simple 5 min hoover would fix a charge of £100 was made and even then evidence gathered showed they too missed the sofa crease! I don't doubt the service before and during our rental, but this left a particularly sour taste and when contested through the bond appeal process it was independently judged to have been too much and we got a proportionate refund. A lesson in diligence for future renters. "As a couple looking for our first rental property together we are truly grateful for the excellent service Mansons deliver. At every touch point, from phone enquiry, to viewing, to negotiating, to signing, to picking up the keys and the ongoing after service we have been very impressed. Kirstey has been personable, genuine and patient with our needs and challenging circumstances. Our big fear when we set out into the chasm of estate agent interaction was feeling like 'just another customer' but we came out of this feeling we were the only customers that mattered! Thank you!

The flat was left spotless by my flatmate and I after cleaning for a whole day and following Mansons check out requirements. Was really disappointed by charge they gave us. I have used Mansons for over 6 years to manage a property in Hexham in Northumberland. I have not been happy with their service on a few occasions which as resulted in errors which I have had to resolve myself
Terrible service. Tenants are treated in a way of harassment. The staff is rude, demanding and not following legal procedures in line with the Housing legislation, particular Ms Debbie Smith, who introduced herself as the department manager. During 5 months she has been asked to do repairs in relation to health and safety hazard, later on electrics and boiler and some other things, which were declined on the grounds it was unsafe for contractors to enter. She threatened to end the tenancy without following legal procedures and acted in a way to force tenant leave. Without clarification , she returned 2 months rent, claiming later that tenant was not paying and as per this the Landlord was not liable for their obligations under the tenancy. Recently she finally prebooked works to be done and required to move out for 5 days. The non refundable payment was made, but on the day the works supposed to start, they sent the information about the delay and requested to move out the following week, which could not be agreed due to financial loss and the reasons were explained. Ms Smith then turned to the property without prior notice and sent threatening emails demanding to leave. All the above, led to excessive stress with current medical treatment in place.
