Never had dealings with this estate agency, but know many who have, and what I've heard is disgusting! Shame on them.

I have complained about a property they are renting out about the state of the garden, its very overgrown and has other rubbish lying around which will attract rodents etc,When i contacted this company they assured me it would get dealt with immediately.Well it still has not been sorted and they dont get back to you when i emailed the second time. I was under the impression that tenants should keep the property & gardens tidy. Its recently been rented out again but garden has not been touched. I will update my review on any progress.

Shocking communication and extremely unhelpful at every opportunity. Theres a reason why they have more house sales fall through than other estate agents; telling the truth isn't their modus operandi

I had an appointment for a viewing yesterday at 5.30pm. I went there from Stamford and no one was there so I wasted my time and my money. Thank you for this disappointing service .

I went there to sign my contract and pay 3 months rent in advance along with the deposit £3446. I made the payment through their card machine and the money left my account but the receipt showed transaction failed. I showed them that my bank transaction where the money indeed left my account and refused to pay the amount once more. The girl dealing with me told me to contact the bank and the bank said that the transaction was approved. The bank advisor told me to ask HM to confirm that I could re do the payment only if they agree that they would not take the pending transaction money as well. I explained that to the manager and she said that the money would never come to their account despite what the bank advisor told me. I was annoyed and one of the guys that work there told me that he can't deal with this headache and told me to sit down so rudely. When I confronted him that he was rude, he said that he will not give the house keys now. Then I had to reverse the payment done and gave the contract papers to Christine, the manager who had the audacity to tear the papers and said that she was not gonna give the house and says thank you as if she did us a favour. Not to mention all the times when HM called or emailed me that they needed a document or something urgently. Even the bank advisor told me to be cautious with these guys as they are really unprofessional by the conversation she heard while she was on call with me.
