Kindly note that HM residential unprofessional and rude letting agents that’s first time ever I seen in UK! Especially Christine Malik, they call her as Manager, but she never respond properly in phone or in person to any of her customers or tenants. Always she will act like very busy, if we visit office for any enquiries she will stare at us and then send someone to speak, unfortunately who has no knowledge, just joiner to the HM residential and then if we ask same question again! Christine Malik will shout very rudely! And say directly get lost! Finally all her mistakes she will convert to customer fault, so Christine reacted like that no fault from them or her! imagine now the game! Zaffer Malik profound director of HM residential, he is soft spoken and make-believe like he will help to his customers or tenant and he does some level trust, unfortunately not fully though! If we contact him for help he will try to fix the reported issue in the property, give false assurance and timeline of fix. Further follow he will also going to shout saying we have to wait for his time and as he is busy with other NEW customers. Further extend he will send labour who he not proficient to fix the issue or task, imagine now the game! HM residential never check property thoroughly before letting to new tenant from old tenant. Whenever any tenant report issue that’s goes forever and if tenant demand too much to get it resolve, they send some engineer or labour they never be professional too! Just come and check high level and report some random issue nature/solution and try with trial and error method. Sadly they also having attuite of arguing! In summary please be careful before you deal with them, they think all come as students and easily can be fooled by renting them... Last but not the least Kindly note who ever gave 5 start rating here is fake and are from their friends circle only to run their business, you may see more such reply only! They just waste all the people time.. They post in their official site the property is available when ever call them they said no property is available at the moment . They just need everyone details dats it..do not waste your time .

Their eyesore advert-on-wheels has been dumped for weeks on end, taking up parking spaces which families should be able to use when visiting the surrounding parks/allotment. Already very difficult to park on a weekend. How selfish.

Very rude agents. Slow to respond to repairs. It took them ages to get the rubbish out of the property. I had to contact council after living with rubbish for more than 2 months. Presence of rats also taking long to completely sort out. They remain very slow to respond to request even after emailing. You expect feedback that they have seen ur request but no response. However, they have improved in terms of staff rudeness. Added - 24/10/21

Very rude and disrespectful staff, unorganised and loud. Scammers and often don’t care about their tenants and their inquiries. Property in poor condition. I have called so many times about the dirty carpet that I have been wanting to change since I started living there. The ladies who work there have raised their voices at me and my daughter. poor work ethic. Would give them 0 stars if I could. Would not recommend moving into their property.☹️😡NegativeProfessionalism
