A cut above the rest, would highly recommend.
To put it simply, they handled our sale perfectly. At times what looked like a chain that would crumble, was kept together and fully informed by Peter. I cannot fault him and his team and fully appreciate being kept in the loop at all times, which is important when the sale is having trouble. The team at Newton Fallowell break the stereotype for Estate agents and really do go above and beyond to ensure they are doing everything they can to close the sale. Jason and Peter were incredibly professional throughout and their knowledge helped reassure us throughout the process. For our sale it was their advice and strategy that got us the sale ahead of other properties still looking for buyers. Would without doubt recommend them, and can fully understand why they are so successful at what they do, with a competitive price to top it of.

House Sale in Oakham

Excellent customer service - would recommend this agent to anyone.
We were very impressed with the highly professional,, pro-active and conscientious service from this agent. Buying a house from Newton Fallowell
We were delighted with the service which Peter Ledger from Newton Fallowell offered us as buyers. He was objective and helpful in showing us properties and gave us the confidence that our chosen house was right for us. Professional, knowledgable and supportive at a reasonable cost.
I would highly recommend Newton Fallowell at Oakham not only for selling your house but also for the whole wrap around service that they offer. They conducted the viewings for us as we had young children and vey quickly found us a buyer. We used their mortgage adviser based in Grantham who had access to a large number of mortgages catering for all circumstances. He was very good and visited us at home to arrange everything. We also used their recommended conveyancers who I can't praise highly enough. They were completely professional and highly knowledgable about the whole conveyancing process, which in our case was complicated selling a shared ownership. They were always there for us, always updating us and keeping in contact with the chain agents and conveyancers, particularly towards the end of the process. I really do mean it when I say that I would only use Newton Fallowell if we came to sell again and I can't thank them enough for the help and support they gave us to get our complicated sale and purchase through. You will not be disappointed if you use this agent. We are very much looking forward to Christmas in our wonderful new house thanks to Newton Fallowell and all their lovely staff.

Very helpful and professional throughout the sale
Excellent service from all staff. Positive comments highlighted to potential buyers about the 'little things' that are often overlooked. Kept well informed. Feedback from viewings the following day. In our opinion easily the most efficient and pro-active estate agent in our area.

Communication is excellent during the whole process!
As a UK Sales Director I cannot recommend Newton Fallowell enough to sell your property. A professional Estate Agent they remained in constant contact through the whole process. Their sold boards are appearing everywhere which is no surprise. Thank You to the Team but especially to Peter!

Beyond the call of duty!
Peter Ledger went beyond the call of duty to secure this sale. First he showed us a property that had not been on our radar, and we're delighted to have bought it. He then shepherded an inexperienced vendor through a process which daunted her, and he quickly and directly intervened several times when solicitors were communicating poorly. At all times he was friendly and courteous in all he did, even when it was evident he had other transactions that needed attention. He is a great asset to the company and the reason that we would give a strong recommendation to others.

Going the Extra MIle
Newton Fallowell didn't just meet, but they exceeded all expectations. Our sale was quite complicated and needed a lot of nursing to get it through. No matter what time in the day, they were there to help. I truly believe that no other estate agent would have been able to get the sale through on time and will gladly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a house.
