Fabulous from beginning to end
From the very first email I sent when I was looking for properties to the check-in/inventory stage everyone we dealt with at College and County was professional, efficient and incredibly sweet and open to our needs/requests. We could not have wished for a better agency. Thank you for everything!

Best agency I have come across in Oxford
College and County are the best agents I have encountered thus far in oxford. They are very responsive to maintenance issues, sending a plumber within 20mins on a friday afternoon the other week to deal with a problem. They have been very accommodating with regards to renewing contracts when we wished to stay in the property another year. The team is young and professional. Would definitely recommend.

getting help with council tax rebanding
when the council changed the banding on our property without any warning, they expected us, the tenants (as part time students), to pay the difference in cost. When I went in to College and County to get it sorted they were very understanding and helpful. Patrycja chased up the landlady and the council to come to an agreement and we were absolved from having to pay extra council tax. Great service which put the tenants first!

Efficient reponsive and effective letting and management services
College and County manage a substantial part of our residential property portfolio. As a chartered surveyor, active in the commercial property field, I am impressed by their professionalism and the efficient way in which they manage our properties and deal with tenants enquiries and difficulties. I have used a number of Oxford letting agents in the past and find College and County to have offered the best service to ourselves and our tenants.

very professional and responsive agent
I have used College and County for over 10 years to manage my properties. They provide a very professional and friendly service. The management side of the firm have a quick response time and deal with any emergencies that occasionally occur very promptly and efficiently. All the firms used by them to carry out maintenance do so to a good standard and at a reasonable price. When re-letting a property they make sure there are no voids and take great care to ensure the tenants are suitable for the property. Staff members are always easy to get hold of to discuss any problems or concerns with a property and calls are always returned promptly if not dealt with at the time.

Very pleased with the service from College & County
I've used College & County to manage my property for several years now and I'm very pleased with the level and quality of service I receive from them. They are always quick to respond to me and keep me informed as soon as there are any updates or problems. They are able to sensibly make small decisions on my behalf, but always check with me before committing to larger maintenance or costs. I've found them to be friendly, polite, patient and helpful, which, as a new landlord living in a different city from my property, was greatly appreciated and I continue to be grateful for this I would fully recommend them to any new or existing landlords looking for a great level of service.
