I would definitely recommend renting a property with Martin & Co Oxford. I had been looking for a flat for while, but was disappointed by what I had seen until I came across Martin & Co. They were very helpful and understanding. We spoke about what I am looking for and they told me that they would contact me if anything came up. Surely enough, they contacted me within a week about a property they thought I may be interested in. They were very helpful throughout the whole process and always available. I thought the procedure would be difficult because I live overseas, however they made it as easy and as smooth as possible. I am very pleased my experience. I have been letting my property for many years and on the recommendation of a friend, changed my agents to Martin & Co. What a good decision as I am delighted with their personal touch and care! Lily and Richard are always most helpful and the fact that they do "surprise" visits to ensure the property is being cared for by the tenants is a bonus for the Agents always report back to me. In addition, on one occasion, the tenants were 2-3 days late in paying the rent, so I was immediately alerted by the accounts department, something which never occurred with any other agents I have used. The whole team are a delight to work with and I have done so since they started up in 2005 (I think!). What sets Martin & Co apart from a number of their peers is their attention to detail; the understanding they possess of what matters to their landlords and tenants and their ability to exceed the expectations of both with, what appears to be, consummate ease. No request, enquiry or question is too much trouble for them and they are a sheer delight to work with. I highly recommend them.
