We've used Martin&Co for several years in Oxford, firstly as a tenant and now as a purchaser. Richard was always very professional in dealing with us as tenants. Aaron has been very professional as a selling agent with a deep knowledge of the market / immediate area and in communicating our offer to the vendor to allow us to close quickly.

We moved out on 14th November 2015 as the house was sold due to Landlady living abroad.We were at the house for sixteen months. Lily has been very helpful through out our stay which was very reassuring as we have two young children.She always answered my many queries and problems were dealt with swiftly hope the next agent is as helpful and understanding.Lily understood what we were looking for and we were very happy with the home that we rented. I was incredibly stressed recently about moving out and also about the inventory check out but it all went smoothly. I am happy to recommend Lily to anyone else who needs a home. Martin & Co Lily...that's the person to go to....I wish Lily all the best. She is an asset to Martin & Co

Martin & Co were very helpful when looking for a property and were always available to contact unlike other letting agents. We ended up finding an ideal flat and even with a couple of problems such as parking issues these were sorted very quickly. Would recommend!

Stand out agent Emma
Emma G at Martin and Co has been consistently kind, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Since she joined Martin and Co, we have seen a massive improvement in communication, and we felt looked after by Emma.
