After renting for 7 years with Northwood it was a obvious choice to sell my house with them. The service whilst renting was top drawer. The selling has been so easy and stress free. Everyone has made me so relaxed from sale to completion. I don't think that you can go too far wrong in using Northwood as a agent.

I have known Colin for many years and it was existing relationship with him that influenced my decision to use Northwood. In all honesty I went to Colin first and foremost who he works for was somewhat irrelevant in my decision making. Colin's excellent local knowledge and tenacity have helped to drive the sale through. My experience was first rate and I could not have found a better buyer.

Excellent agency as agents for landlord and vendor

My wife and I received excellent service from Colin, Andrew and the team at Northwood Peterborough. We rented our property initially with Northwood for 5 years. During this time we were kept informed and the property was well cared for. This year we decided to sell our property to the tenant. Colin and his team were instrumental in assisting us to broker a deal and then work towards completion. His collaborative approach made all the difference and I believe resulted in a successful sale. As we are living abroad his service was even more impressive.

Friendly efficient company

We had a positive experience with Northwood's and would definitely recommend them to others, any problems we had were sorted quickly and no questions asked, staff were friendly and easy to get hold of. The only issue we had was the 6 monthly inspections and the £30 admin fee to renew our tenancy every 6 months, every other letting agent we have used have never done this and I think if you are a good tenant, keep a property in good order and pay your rent on time then this should be taken into consideration.

Run from them by all means

I am being extremely generous by giving them 1 star. They didn't respect the contract. Entered in my place without my permission and disrespected the 24h notice. Never bothered trying to solve the issues I asked them to solve. Beside them not respecting the contract had an aggressive approach when I call them the attention. My advice is to run from them by all your means.
