Our house sold in less than 2 weeks. Josh was absolutely brilliant. He kept us up to date with everything that was happening and was so helpful. We were really happy with the photos of the house and with the ‘offer’ process. Nicole took over when the property was sold and she has been utterly amazing - chasing solicitors, checking with buyers, keeping in touch with all parties. Everyone really has gone above and beyond for us. Estate agents are extremely important on the day of completion and in the days leading up to this. The initial house sale is just the very start of what the estate agents do for you - the tip of the iceberg. Normie have been brilliant all the way through. I sold my house recently with Normie and am so pleased I chose them. I have nothing but praise for the way they dealt with the whole process, which was not problem free. My buyer dropped out unexpectedly but Normie were able to find another buyer within days and worked hard to ensure that the chain was repaired and that we were able to complete quickly so avoiding incurring stamp duty fees on my purchase. Please anyone reading this, do NOT be tempted to use a cheap on line estate agent - where this company really earned their fee was after I had accepted the offer - Nicole the sales progressor, in particular was amazing, she made many calls each week to ensure my sale progressed quickly, something I'm sure the on line companies would not do.
