I have been so impressed with Normie. We asked 3 estate agents to value our property and Normie were spot on. One was far too high. One was too low. Normie know the market so well. Our house sold in less than 2 weeks. Josh was absolutely brilliant. He kept us up to date with everything that was happening and was so helpful. We were really happy with the photos of the house and with the ‘offer’ process. Nicole took over when the property was sold and she has been utterly amazing - chasing solicitors, checking with buyers, keeping in touch with all parties. Everyone really has gone above and beyond for us. Estate agents are extremely important on the day of completion and in the days leading up to this. The initial house sale is just the very start of what the estate agents do for you - the tip of the iceberg. Normie have been brilliant all the way through.
