It's safe to say that great service is difficult to come by these days - but not with Normie & Co. I made my first house purchase with Josh at Normies and I was so impressed by his dedication, professionalism and care. Unfortunately, my purchase was a long and arduous one but I was able to rely on my agent to keep me updated throughout, negotiate on my behalf and offer support and encouragement to keep my spirits up. Oftentimes, as the buyer, it can feel like the agent is on the side of the seller but I certainly did not experience that. I felt that Josh went above and beyond for me and I am so happy that I chose to purchase through Normie & Co. Previously, I had dealt with some other local agents and I can honestly say that their customer service levels aren't comparable to what I received with Normie & Co.
