Normie and Co. Review Fantastic Honest and Transparent Service! I have to say my experience with Normie and Co. has been one of the best so far based on all the estate agents Iv previously used in the Prestwich and Whitefield area of North Manchester. From the initial viewing with Jaymes Magid it was clear the company wanted to provide the very best service possible for both the buyer and the seller, this alone felt very reassuring. Once my offer was accepted I was assigned ti a lady called Nicole Bradburn who is a sales progression specialist. Nicole was fantastic from start to finish of the entire conveyancing process. She was on hand to answer any questions I had, which helped put my mind at ease and on a couple of occasions arranged to let me into an additional viewing so i could take some floor plan measurements.

I don’t normally write reviews but on this occasion I thought it necessary.

Whether letting or selling, I can’t recommend the team at Normie & Co enough. Caroline in the letting department is outstanding. She was so helpful and informative and kept me calm in moments of adversity with some very tricky tenants. Then when it came to selling my property, Josh and Nicole were brilliant. Nicole’s communication was constant throughout the sale, especially when things came to a halt due to the buyers solicitors. If/when I come to sell again, I will not hesitate to use Normie & Co.

Professional and friendly service from start to finish. Nigel has sold 3 properties for me and I've always received a 5star service - I wouldn't trust anyone else with my business. Great to also work with Nicole and be guided through a few minor set backs, keeping me up to date with what was happening. In my opinion, this is the best estate agent in the area with excellent local knowledge.
