The communication was great from the start and Nicole was fantastic dealing with the conveyancing and liaising with the solicitors to get this sale over the line. Regular updates meant that even though there were many hurdles to cross, the stress of these was kept to a minimum. A massive thanks to everyone at Normie.

Great agent 👍 only reason for 4 stars, is that the website and social media is slow to show new listings. E.g. a property I was interested in recently had a sign up for three days before I could find it online. Other than that, I know normie to be an excellent agent! Several friend's and family have had outstanding experiences using them.

I would highly recommend Normie. From start to finish they were professional and efficient. The whole team are friendly and helpful whether in the office or over the phone. Especially Natalie and Nicole. We lost our first buyers and the house was back on the market and resold very quickly. Natalie was really supportive. Almost two years ago I put my house up for sale with another agent, his valuation was too high. After lots of let downs and frustration I asked Nigel to sell my house, he does as he says, sells property. Issues with my purchase delayed things, I finally moved last Friday, to a different property. My buyer was patient and kept in the loop by Josh.
