UPDATE POST TENANCY - tried to make us leave at 9am on the last day of our tenancy (by right we could stay the whole day) agreed to leave at 1pm but this meant we rushed the final clean and a lot of items were marked as dusty by the inventory clerk (oven/fridge etc were clean) and we were charged £170 for cleaning
Very friendly and supportive and even give you a welcome pack upon taking your new place (even if renting room). Could do with a bit more attention to detail on the state of the place you're going (info on what things are what etc) but otherwise good for a corporate estate agents!
Property was a really good find in the market. I am renting from this agency since 2017, we've actually had a little issue on the beginning of my tenancy but since then everything is perfect! They sorted out all repairs/issue really quick. Anita should receive some award because of her work! She always tries to help as much and as quick as she can! I definitely recommend!😉 …

Did an excellent job at helping to refurbish a flat. Not in contact very often, only if a problem. The team doesn’t seem to have many new joiners / leavers so I deal with the same people which is good.
The agency was very understanding and attentive. Communications wise they were excellent too. Special thanks to Jordan Bear who was so very helpful!
This agent really helped me to find my first rental after over a month of looking. I was in contact mainly with Kyra Smith, who was very nice and very helpful. Her communication and she was very helpful with any enquiries I had. When I moved in, I got a box of goodies as a Welcome Pack, which was very sweet. Any issues I have at the flat, they're very quick to answer and sort the issue. They're a great agent and very easy to work with. I had to deduct two stars simply because of how bad the handyman they decided to work with is. You're much better off hiring your own handyman as MSBuilders half asks jobs and never fully fixes it just seals it for a couple of months. I've had ongoing issues with the shower since I moved in, and every single time, the handyman temporarily seals it for 2 months just for it to happen again. I couldn't live in my house that I paid rent for, FOR 2 WEEKS due to the incompetence of this handyman. And when he did eventually come after 2 weeks he didn't fit any of the issues and instead spent the entire time moaning about the state of my house and how I apparently 'don't clean it'. This incident occurred on Monday, 23rd September 2024, at around 11 am. This seems like a marketing con to keep my deposit, so I've kept evidence just in case. This handyman is just losing the agent more and more money. It really sucks because the agency itself is so good.
