Customer service is just disgusting, cheap and in general what they represent is a joke. Sad old dude on the phone trying to be more that he is, pathetic waste of time

Time wasters, Kyra Smith call me at 4:30pm to confirm the viewing, I was there from 5:20 to now, called the agency at 5:40pm saying that nobody showed up, they could get bother to call Kyra, who later on I was told had left the building from the other entrance. You can't do business if you don't know how to keep a basic communication with your leads!
Total sham. Lost £8000 from lost rental income due to Parma’s recommendations for a tenant. No sense of responsibility, apology or regret for his negligence. He is lucky I did not take legal action. No proper background check was carried out. Do not believe these fake reviews. Go with these incompetent people if you want to lose your money. They sent a barrage of clients who couldn’t afford the rent then sent someone who declared bankruptcy and has an extensive criminal record

So we moved into this house to rent 1 year ago and thought it was stable to live in, until we saw it in person, its like this house was untouched for 20 years, broken wallpapers, lamps, creaking floorboards, uncleaned shower head, insects everywhere etc. The only reason we decided to rent the place is because we had to vacate our old property by JRM. After we settled here, even bigger problems started occurring, bed bugs, this really explains the taped up wallpaper before we moved in, we rent this house, its not ours, so we didnt have any professionals take care of the problem. Around a month ago, we had an inspection and we told the inspector that we have a bed bug problem and decided that we caused the problem when we saw insects in here before we moved in. We're not paying £200+ to eradicate them.
The agency should have managed their landlords effectively and efficiently. Avoid RG1 2SW as the landlord took 3 months to reply our requests for repair and another month to fix "ONE" of the problems (gas). We had no gas for almost a month..... Now it's taking over a month to return the deposit and to be continued.... **literally worse experience over past 5 years**
