We've rented from Moginie James for 2.5yrs and we cannot recommend them highly enough! Any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and they replied promptly to emails and queries. We are sad to be leaving Cardiff and to not be able to continue renting from MJ. If ever we return to Cardiff, they are without a doubt the first place we will look. Thanks again for making our home something we felt happy, homely, safe and secure in: a sentiment that sadly not all renters can utter!

Moginie James were exceptional estate agents from start to finish when we sold our house through them last year. They were so professional, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I sold a house through Moginie James this month and what struck me most was their genuine customer care. Graham in particular was consistently helpful and friendly from start to finish but every member of staff I dealt with was equally friendly. I was dealing with a personal issue during the sale and the staff were so considerate and understanding. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
