Martin & Co dealt with the sale of my late fathers property, from the start we knew they were the right estate agent to go with. After having to gather a few evaluations of the property for probate, we thought that M&C was the only estate agent to provided a very realistic evaluation which ended in us seeing the property sold within a matter of weeks. They dealt with viewings for us as we lived 100s of miles away and never had any issues. M&C kept us informed and regularly chased the solisitors either end to make things move quickly. For this we appreciate the help of all the staff from M&C and will look at selling again in the future with them.

Martin & Co excellent service from start to finish at the Rotherham branch. I had initial dealings with 3 estate agents and these were the best. With 3D floor plans and excellent advertising as well as professional photograpy they set themselves apart. Friendly and approachable and extremely knowledgeable of the market. They simplified everything. Gary and Georgina at Martin & Co were extremely helpful from start to finish and helped me deal with extremely tedious buyer enquiries and unreasonable requests regards completion dates. The sales progression was impeccable from start to finish. If I had opted for Purple Bricks the online agent the house would have never sold. They managed to get me a great price selling my two up two down. If I need to buy or sell again I will be coming back to Martin & Co. Can’t speak highly enough of Martin & Co and Gary and Georgina in particular. I can only describe Georgina is basically the Albus Dumbledore of property sales, a wizened old wizard who works sheer magic that meer muggles cannot imagine. Gary backs up like Harry Potter chucking out incantations and unbreakable sales spells like he’s fighting Voldemort in book seven. They make all the problems disappear like they’ve chucked an invisibility cloak on them. Better service than a room full of House Elves at a Horgwarts dinner party. 13/10. Highly recommend.

I used martin and co to sell my property in Brampton. From.the minute gary came out to value it, it was was proffesional but also friendly and listens to you. Any concerns or questions i had he answered he didnt rush and researched the area. All the office staff never make you feel uncomfortable for ringing them and will answer any questions, communication was fantastic and with in going up for sale on the first day we had 5 viewers lined up before the end of the week i had people wabtingbto book a second viewing but had to disapoint them as 1 viewer made an offer and my property sold.
