Answered every email within a couple of hours, returned any phone calls if she was busy/out of office and got everything set up at a time and date suited to me. Would definitely recommend!

Every question and query I had, they answered either via email, lettered or a personal call. Their professionalism was outstanding, they made me feel comfortable at every stage and made sure that I was confident throughout the purchase of my first family home. At the initial stage of the sale Gary Moss provided excellent advice in what to do to enhance and maintain the sale value of the house, we achieved our target price in a matter of weeks. Martin and Co found us an excellent tenant when we rented our property. When we sold the property we again used Martin & Co who sold the property within a week,and kept us up to date on how the sale was progressing.. Very friendly, Professional service. Would highly recommend.

Choosing Martin & co was easy for us. They talked us thru the entire process of selling our house with them and gave us several options to choose from . There customer service was fantastic and were Very easy to contact them with any questions we had and were always on the ball. Mr Gary moss was excellent with us. He arranged all the viewings that were needed had some amazing pictures taken for there advertising of our house and they looked superb. Within 6 months our house was sold for the price we wanted. He suggested going to auction. And this was really the best option for us. Any questions we had he was sure to get back to us the same day. There commission is really quite minimal compared to other agents. If ever I need assistance in the future I would be sure to choose these guys and would highly recommend to friends and family.
