World class service. House sold within 7 days would highly recommend

I live with my family in a beautiful 3 bedroomed Semi Detached Property on the outskirts of Chesterfield that I have rented for 7 incredibly happy years. The property is wonderful and has stunning views overlooking the countryside towards the hills of Ashover and is truly HOME. From the moment I first contacted Martin & Co to view the property, the initial viewing of the house, preparation of my tenancy contract, my moving in day where Kerry from Martin & Co was waiting outside to welcome me - has all been a truly a remarkable level of service. Kerry took the time to show me how everything worked in the house and went through my Welcome Pack in detail. The house was ready for me in an immaculate and pristine condition. Since 2008 I have renewed my tenancy agreement year on year .....and I have just signed for another year! I have only had a few minor maintenance jobs on the house over the years which have always been dealt with in quick time.
