Brilliant service. Martin & Co managed my rental property since 2015 when I moved abroad and they were excellent, always responding promptly and taking care of issues. I decided to sell the house and as I had such a great experience with the property management department I decided to use them for the sale. Paul was great from the get go, extremely helpful and his communication first rate. It took all the worry out of sale, especially as I'm not in the UK. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Great service 10 stars Paul was warm, friendly and full of knowledge. Sue was fantastic. She cares about helping her clients. She always answers the phone or phones you back as soon as she can. When we were not hearing anything from our solicitors, she pushed them to get answers and worked out solutions. I was in a very tricky chain with unhelpful solicitors and if it wasn't for Sue's passion for the job I would have given up and not moved.

Sue you are amazing! Loved this house wanted to make sure it was ours and was told the figure on the day which would take it off the market can’t be any more straightforward then that! Was even allowed back to the property after to do some measurements. Today we picked up our keys and was lovely to see Sue so happy for us very special house and a very special team sold us it!!
