I used Martin and Co. to sell our house recently. Paul visited our house and explained the process and provided a selling pack to help with the process. Not long after listing with Martin and Co. we had an offer that we accepted. The eventual sale took a while as other partcipants in the chnain fell through but we got there in the end. The staff at the Rotherham branch were always professional, helpful and friendly. Mention to Paul and Sue in helping the tranaction through to completion.
