Martin & Co, Amazing…fabulous…so glad we came to you!! Definitely recommend for anyone selling a house! They are absolutely fantastic, and make you feel like a friend who they are supporting through the process. Buying a flat they are selling for my elderly mum and so needed to put hers up for sale. Organised 3 local estate agents to come out, as is recommended, and Sue in office put me at ease straight away, especially as not done this for 26 years. About a fortnight ago, Paul came to the property and from the start mum and I were relaxed. He was so lovely, and explained everything about the process in a no pressure, supportive and informative way, even though there was no guarantee we would select him. We knew straight away that we would be happy working with him and Sue. The house went up for sale 10 days ago. We had 10 viewings last weekend, shown around by Paul, numerous offers in on the Monday, and now we have a prospective sale. Martin & Co are amazing! It's my first time selling a house so everything was new to me. We have reserved a new build property and were advised to get 2 or 3 valuations and then decide which estate agent to go with to sell mine. I looked for a few local ones and rang others but Martin & Co were the first who even bothered to answer the phone. Sue was absolutely lovely and I got a good vibe off her straight away. I rang on the Monday and she booked me in for my valuation with Paul on the Tuesday. As soon as I opened the door to Paul the good vibes continued and I absolutely loved him! He is so nice and friendly and explained everything very simply and clearly, there was no jargon that I didn't understand. I knew he was the perfect man for the job so I didn't need to see anyone else! He came back a few days later at a convenient time for me to fit around my job, and took excellent pictures of my home and was very thorough, making sure I was happy with everything. He even said he'd popped by in the morning whilst I was at work, to take the outside shots whilst the sky was blue and the sun was shining to get the best exterior shots, as it was due to be bad weather from the time of our photo appointment. This was definitely a good idea as the weather was awful when he arrived later on, and the exterior shots wouldn't have looked half as good if he did them in bad weather. He definitely wanted to get the best out of the photos and he delivered! They looked fantastic and I was really happy with my listing. It was online a couple of days later and that same day I already had 2 viewings for the following day on the Friday, and then 2 more came through for the weekend. They contacted me on the Saturday morning to say I had already received an offer. At the beginning of the week they rang with feedback from all the viewings and booked in 2 more for the Friday. Both of which made offers! I have accepted one of them and could not be happier with my buyers they are just perfect, and will definitely make this next few months easy. As Martin & Co have from the start. All in all I have received amazing service and everyone there is lovely and really good at their jobs.
