Good estate agents. Couldn’t find what we wanted but friendly staff

We have been letting our property through Lawrence Rand for several years and we have been happy with the service they provide. In particular, Harry Tibbey and Matt Huband have been very helpful managing the necessary works during the transition period and the preparations for the arrival of the new tenants.

We were tenant for two and a half years and our property manager was LR. At first we could not get good service. Although our land lady was the decision maker, property managers service was not good as well. But the team has changed, and we had Matthew Huband and Harry Tibbey. They were very professional and helpful. Their approach was kindly and friendly. Even tough our land lady doesn't want to pay money, Matthew and Harry tried to solve our problems. They communicated us very quickly, provide us our needs. Thank you guys for everything.
